Synopsis: In an unspecified Mediterranean island a boy comes across two peculiar men in striped costumes. Soon, the boy realizes that life also has two faces. It can be both an ugly war and a beautiful girl called Clementine.
Longinos Panagi
Born in Nicosia in 1970, he studied Journalism in Cyprus and Film Direction in Athens and Prague and worked for several years as a film critic for major magazines and newspapers in Cyprus. “Clementine”, his first feature film, is dealing with the psychological effects of the political division in the island. Apart from cinema, he is experimenting with different literary forms, including poetry, playwriting, short stories and novels. Longinos is lecturing on cinema and creative writing for different institutions. He is a member of the Board of the Cyprus Directors Guild and a member of the Cyprus Writers Union.
