Synopsis: Romaniotes, the Greek Jewish community, is an integral part of the cultural mosaic of the city of Ioannina since the Byzantine era and faced the danger of extinction in the harsh period of WW II. This is its history through time, along with the course of the city and of Greece.

Agnes Sklavou, Stelios Tatakis

Agnes Sklavou studied film directing and Stelios Tatakis studied cinematography at Stavrakos Film School in Athens. For over 26 years they work in movies, television and advertising. Since 2004 they have produced and directed independent documentaries and shorts. They have received several national and international awards for their documentaries.
